     After the major failure of the previous release of the Samsung Galaxy Fold, and retrieving the old version of the phone from the market Samsung has officially re-released the smartphone on September 27,2019.

the April 25,2019 version

     Before the April 25 official release of the Samsung Galaxy Fold some phones were sent to a number of reviewers who have reported a lot of issues that the most common ones according to many reviews is the complete damage of the display (7.3 inches screen) just after some days or a week of use which made Korean company decide to cancel the release of the phone and remove it completely from the market even costumers, who pre-ordered it, were given a $250 gift cards from Samsung and they were allowed to preorder the new version without charges.

the September 27,2019 version

     After this big failure of the folding phone, there was total silence until Samsung's official announcement of the new release.
     So for the new version, Samsung has made a nonremovable screen protector and added 4 caps in the hinges of the phone to prevent dirt and dust from entering the phone's screen.

     To make the phone foldable and unfoldable Samsung has implemented interlocking gears inside the spine that were tested for efficacity and durability using machines that repeatedly fold and unfold the phone 200.000 times.

     Having this phone will make you experiencing having a smartphone and a tablet at once:

• Folded it and have a smartphone with a 4.6 inches screen that you can hold with one hand and control it with your thumb
• unfolded it and have a big tablet in your hand with a 7.3 inches screen that will allow you to open up to 3 applications at once (one in the left and 2 applications will split the right screen) it may seem strange actually this is the first Galaxy phone that can do that  thank to the 12GB RAM that makes the phone maintaining the good performance 

     Whenever you want to toggle application shift or resize the windows all you have to do it to tap-hold and dreg the window whenever you want to place it even notifications you receive are draggable so you can tap-hold and drag them to the spot where you want the window to be opened.

     The cameras settings in the Galaxy fold are the same as the Note 10 and Note 10+  so we have to admit that the cameras experience with this phone is so amazing especially when using some filtres with the front cameras and the Ulta wide lens for the rear cameras but the Live focus mode for photos and videos is slightly worst than Samsung Note 10 and the iPhone 11

The first smartphone two batteries

     We can't talk about the Galaxy Fold without mentioning that this phone has 2 batteries one on each side that works as one battery with a 4380mAh for the LTE version and 2435mAh for the 5G version actually this is a very smart move from Samsung since it's nearly impossible the implement a single battery with such a performance in one side of the phone.

     Also, those batteries use AI to learns your charging needs to manage your battery life and to keep your phone charged and usable throughout the day.

     For charging the Korean company equipped the phone with a 15W fast charger that it's not the best so far since the Galaxy Note 10 comes with a 25W charger and optional 45W charger which are both incompatible with the new phone.

     For the battery runtime, Tom's guide tested the runtime of the battery, surfing the internet through the LTE network and 150 nits of screen brightness, the phone resisted for 10 hours and 1 minute which is not that super result since the Note 10 and iPhone 11 Max both resisted more than 11 hours.

     Samsung also designed this phone to be wireless charger two using the PowerShare technology so it can charge any Qi-certified device and wearable just by placing them in the center of the phone handset.
