1. Pushups
3 sents of minimum 3 reps and maximum 15 reps
2. Lunges
3 sents of minimum 5 reps and maximum 20 reps
3. Side Planks
3 sets of 5 to 30 seconds for both sides
4. Setups
3 sets of minimum 5 reps and maximum of 15 reps.
Working out every morning is a great way to start a journey in a cool mood and energy so I really recommend you to give it 10 to 15 minutes every morning and you will see the difference.
