ANDROID 10

ANDROID 10

Since September,23,2008, the official release of the first version of android, Android 1, Google, and the Open Handset Alliance has never stopped making improvements and releasing updates of this OS trying to improve its performances and to give the perfect Android version to it users.

The latest major version of android is android 9 or Android Pie was released on August 6,2018 and it has multiple improvements especially in the design of the OS interfaces.

But now the Android 10 or android Q is in Beta and it seems like developers, unlike the other version, android 9, worked on laking this OS more secure more than working on the design

What's new about the android 10 :

Foldable support

With multi manufactures start working hard to make foldable smartphones come to live with the best
performance and user experiences like the Samsung Galaxy Fold and the Huawei Mate X this version of android will probably give these manufactures to see their folding phones project come to life.

Dark theme

One of the most improvement users are excited about is adding the System-wide Dark Mood.
Even if the phone theme won't be 100% when enabling the dark mode it's still a very smart move from this version developers and I'm sure that they will work more on this point exactly in the next versions.

No back button

The android Q OS won't have any back button at the bottom of the screen and this button will be replaced with seeps so if you want to get back to the previous page all you have to do is sweep right or left.

honestly I don't really know if this is a good move or not and what the purpose of removing the bottom but we will find out.

more security and privacy

The numbers shared by cybersecurity searchers of scams app downloaded from the app store probably making Samsung more concerned about its costumer's security.
In this version of Android OS, Users will be asked more frequently to give permissions to different Application installed to their Smartphones and there are rumors that users will be  now able to get a report of every personal information they share also the default encryption that will be used in the android 10 is the TLS.13

The Beta version was already included in Smartphones from multiple manufacturers including Samsung, Huawei, and LG and we still waiting for a full preview from the official release of this OS.

Hopefully Android is getting better and better every time but I really wonder if there will be an official release of Huawei's OS, the Harmony OS, will it affect Android and google?
